Privacy Policy
The Sheepskin Factory is dedicated to respecting and preserving your private information. We may collect and store information, personal or otherwise, that you voluntarily supply either while on our website or via email. Personal information such as name, address, email, survey data and feedback provided by you is used only by the Sheepskin Factory. No personal information is shared, rented or sold. Credit card information is destroyed within 24 hours after the transaction you authorized is completed. If the Sheepskin Factory becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide notice on our website before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
What are the steps to ordering on your web site?
We want your shopping experience with us to be fast, easy and secure. Just follow these simple steps to place your order:
Click on the link "Buy Rugs Now". Each rug weight has a button below that says, "Buy this now". You will be taken to a secondary page that tells you the sizes and prices of our different offerings. When you find the rug you want, type in the quantity of rugs you wish to purchase and click on the "Buy Now!" button.
You will be automatically taken to a page which shows the costs and descriptions of the items. At that point you can either continue shopping by clicking on the gray box that says "Continue Shopping". If you are finished shopping, you will need to designate which state you live in so we can calculate possible state sales tax (if the shipping address will be Colorado) and then you will click on the gray box that reads, "Go to Payments".
Follow the prompts in entering your shipping and billing information. Once you have finished all the prompts, click on "Process my order". Once you click on this button, your order has been received through our offices and no changes can be made.
You order should be processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) once your order comes into our offices. Custom-made products take 1-3 weeks to prepare, not including delivery time or holidays. For more information please contact our offices and one of our experts will be more than happy to assist you.

How much sales tax will I be charged?
If you reside within the state of Colorado, you will be charged an additional 7.2% sales tax.
If you reside outside the state of Colorado, you will be charged no sales tax.

What are the different payment options you offer?
For your convenience, we accept a wide range of payment options. While using our web site, you can pay with the following credit cards:

- Mail Order: We accept money orders and personal checks and for mail orders, as well as credit cards. ( Checks and money orders must be cleared through your bank before orders can be shipped. )

What are your shipping costs and expected time for delivery?
Once your credit card information is approved and your order has been processed, we will ship your order within 24 hours, Monday-Friday by UPS. UPS ground shipping will take 3-7 business days, not including weekends or national holidays. Shipping time may vary depending on your location. Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks to make and will be delivered thereafter. Oversized items will be assessed an "Oversized Item" charge.

What are your guidelines for returns and exchanges?
We at the Sheepskin Factory are dedicated to satisfying every one of our customers. We will take care of problems that may arise. Just return the item with which you are not satisfied within thirty (30) days of purchase along with your original receipt in new condition. We will either replace, exchange, or repair the item, or give you credit in whatever form you originally paid for your order. Sorry, we cannot refund your shipping fees.
All
special orders and custom-made products, such as sheepskin rugs Flokati
rugs seat covers, will not be returnable or refundable except in the case
of workmanship and / or materials defects. We will make sure that
your satasfaction is guaranteed
Return Policy
When returning your item/s, please include the following information:
— We require a proof of purchase (receipt) to process all returns/exchanges.
— Your items should be sent to us in unused and in new condition. We will be unable to process your replacement or credit unless you are returning it due to problems with materials or workmanship.
— It is the customers responsibility to pay for all insurance and postage on returned items. We, The Sheepskin Factory, cannot credit you for these expenses.
— Please communicate to us your reason return the item.
— Include your return address and your phone number if we need to discuss with you problems arising from this return .
— Let us know whether you would like to have the item repaired, exchange it for another item, or simple get a refund on your purchase. If you would like to exhange the item, please let us know the item we are to send you in its stead.
— A credit will show up on your credit card statement with 2-4 weeks.

Once I receive my seat covers, how do I install them?
If you need any help installing your seat covers please download the instruction sheet that we have provided for you. Our instruction includes pictures to ensure that installing your seat covers is as easy as possible. If you still cannot successfully install your seat covers one of our knowledgeable sales associates will be more than happy to walk you through the process by calling our toll free number 1800-327-4337.
